I am writing to express my deep concern about the Whirlpool gas stove I purchased on October 31st and installed on November 27th. Despite my expectations of a reliable and safe product, it has proven to be defective and potentially dangerous.

While cooking, one of the stove burners backfired and caused a wire to burn, which was a frightening experience that led me to immediately turn off the gas nozzle.

Two executives came to inspect the stove and offered differing reasons for the issue. Even the head executive examined it and identified a different cause for the problem.

I must emphasize that due to safety concerns, I am beyond hesitant to continue using the stove as I fear for my wellbeing. I urge you to provide a suitable replacement immediately to prevent any further damage to my property and, more importantly, harm to my wellbeing.

This experience has shaken my trust in your brand, and I expect a timely response to rectify the situation and restore my faith in your company.

Hello All,

I bought this Whirlpool Aircondition on 18th March 2021 from Amazon ( due to restrictions for Covid,we couldn't go to a shop to buy)

Recently a year ago I started facing problems of cooling in 2023.

So, called Whirlpool ,technician came said Motor faulty... replacement is required.

Since it was out of warranty as this all happened in 2023...I paid Rs.7500/- for motor.

Still not working ,technician comes and says PCB is faulty ,needs to be replaced...again paid Rs.12,000/- and then still not working .

Then Technician says compressor is faulty .Luckily it was not 5 years so he got Compressor to fit today and said to fill Gas i Have to pay Rs.4500/-.

After fixing compressor - he says still not working as now some inside PCB is not working.

I hv paid 30,000/- to buy AC and spent rs.33,000/- on it...just for a faulty Ac which is still not working.

I hv got multiple other expenses attached to this but it's ignorable

What I now need is full replacement with a New AC.

I need a call from a senior on this for all the mental stress, harassment and rude behaviour of the service center incharge - Mr.Gopal , has caused to me.

The technician who came to my house his name is Aijaz and he has come atleast 5 times for the airconditioner.

Hoping to resolve this query without further acceleration.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received for my Whirlpool AC.

I purchased the AC six months ago, and unfortunately, it stopped cooling.

I have raised three service requests through the customer care number, but each time the technician comes, the request is closed without any repairs. This is unacceptable, and I am puzzled as to why the requests are being closed without proper resolution or confirmation.

I recently raised another service request on February 23rd. While a technician called, they did not show up. Since March 1st, I have been consistently calling both Whirlpool customer care and the technician, but my issue remains unresolved.

If Whirlpool, a supposedly reputable company, cannot address a single issue with my AC over the past six months, it is not only a waste of my hard-earned money but also an egregious misuse of my valuable time.

I suggest you take a cue from companies like Tata Voltas when it comes to customer service.

Should Whirlpool continue to fail in addressing a single customer's repair requests, it raises serious questions about the competence and commitment of your organization. If Whirlpool remains unable to rectify this situation promptly, it would be in the best interest of both your company and the consumer for you to reconsider your presence in the Indian market.

I had purchased a double door fridge in India about 2 years back, with extended warranty. I had requested for service of my fridge as the fridge stopped cooling.

Fridge was under warrantee. The Technician from their local service center at Bicholim, North Goa, India of Whirlpool visited and reported that there is an issue with the compressor, and it needed to be replaced. The company replaced the compressor but next day cooling of the fridge was started going down. I had again called their local Whirlpool service center at Bicholim, North Goa, India.

Very next day their Technician visited and had tried to fill the gas in the compressor at our house itself. I don't know what had happened, the fridge got fire. That was may be due to Technician carelessness or he had not taken enough precautions, the fridge started burning. Our newly built house was at the *** of fire.

The technician was just standing there, confused. I run and immediately switched off the main switch of the electric supply and pour plenty of water on the fire to save our house and ourselves. The technician was requesting not to call the police as we will replace the fridge because the fridge is now beyond repair as everything is burnt-out i.e. Pcb, compressor all the circuits etc.

I called their Customer Care in India and told them regarding the incident happened. They told me to let them take the fridge if they want and after receipt of report from them we will replace the fridge within a period of 8 days or so. Now, one month have passed. I am frequently calling them but no resolution and all the time they are making false and fake promises.

Their local service center at Bicholim, North Goa, India has even stopped taking calls. I left with no other alternative now but to seek the help of Police and to initiate appropriate legal actions against the company and also against the concerned persons involved in this issue for not providing the resolution in order to seek (not limiting to) damages, Cost of fridge, loss suffered due to fire, damages for mental torcher, suffering, financial loss etc. By looking into the matter, I can say the Whirlpools India company is very careless, their products may not be trustworthy. A Very bad company because their Customer service personnel are making fake and false promises.

It appears they don't care about the problems face by the customer and to provide timely and fast resolution to the customer. Please be careful while dealing with Whirlpools India

The drain and dry of the Whirpool washing machine was damaged. Nitish Sharma (Area head- Whirpool for Ranibagh zone, 997199****) sent Ashish to solve the concerned issue of it. Ashish came and filled the washing machine with water and went away saying that he would take the damaged product and fix it tomorrow. Took the money- Rs. 5150/- as product purchase cost, for its repairing. But since 9th Jan 2024, till now he has neither brought the right product nor answered the calls. Plus mis-behaved abruptly. Whirlpool has the worst after sales service ever

I ordered an ac through amazon. An then I was promised an installation the next day.

After taking time off from work as per the scheduled installation time, no one showed up. On calling the number. The manager did not answer until way later in the day when he apologised as they could not meet their own time line and requested for another day. On agreeing with this and scheduling a time, again the technician did not show up on time.

He finally came 3 hours. On calling their manager, he has no sense of how to talk to customers at all. And was being disrespectful.

I went ahead and cancelled my order. And do not recommend these guys to anyone.

This Parth Hari Gupta from Mathura (U.P.) matter is that i have purchased one fully automatic washing machine on dated 19/11/2023 from Digital World,Bhuteshwar Road,Mathura but at the time of purchasing many big assurance given by the sales team regarding service & response but we doesn't receive in any a single demo till today. machine is creating various types of problem & nobody listen my complaint either purchase centre & service centre also, i had been told verbly many times at service centre & purchase centre.

I regularly spend 100/- per day for washing clothes from outside laundry. Please resolve my issuse as soon as possible.

Pathetic Service in India

Hi, My washing machine which is under warranty started making huge noise and i have raised the complaint on 10th March and still this is not fixed. I have been calling the customer care and the first service engineer who had come to check.

Customer service team gives same answer - you will get a call between 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM today please wait and i don't get it nor I get a follow-up update from them. I have been waiting to get this fixed and I have taken leave to get this fixed as I don't have work from home option. Service Engineer who had come has not responded to my calls at all.

I don't mind sharing the snapshot via WhatsApp on how many times I called service engineer, WHR customer care and Pai international where I bought this product from but no relief yet. My request number is BAN100******** and I am from Bangalore location.

Is this the service what you provide or its a plan to save water :) by not fixing the washing machine we use less water by using our own hands :)

I really appreciate if someone can pick this on priority.

I wanted to tag this in social media but for some good memories of WHR - i dont want to do that now.

I Would like to tell you that I had purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in 12-03-2023, which was working fine till October 2023 but at the end of the month of October 2023, it was not cooling properly and started making noise.Then I lodged my complaint to the customer care, after that the technician was visited my house and did the repair but after 10-15 days again the same problem with the refrigerator.Then i logged again a same complaint after that the technician was again visited my house and did the repair but the same problem was repeatedly again and again. At that time we felt very harassed because of you.

But in the end of Dec 2023 i.e 28-12-2023, Service Centre Owner Mr. Sandeep gave us a commitment that he will get our refrigerator changed in the next 10-15 days. And on 07-01-2024, our refrigerator got replaced and arrived at our home and a charge of Rs 500/- was taken from us for replacement. But when we opened the box we were surprised This was not the same refrigerator that was ours.

Our old refrigerator was 3 Star with the 235 Unit Consumption and the new one was 2 star with the 292 Unit consumption. After that I called to mr. Sandeep and he took Mr. Dheeraj Popli (Area Manager) at the conference called and I told them everything.

In the end Mr. Dheeraj Popli gave us a commitment that they will reply to me within 2 days and they will replace it or will pay the difference amount to me but still no response from his side. When there was no response from Dheeraj's side, I called customer care again on 10-01-2024 where I spoke to Mr. Rohit Sharma in the escalation team And Mr.

Rohit Sharma also told me the same thing. They will pay or replace the same.

But after that no positive response from your side. We are totally disappointed and getting harassed by you.

I request you once again please resolve our problem, replace the unit or pay the difference amount between 2 star and 3 star.

I hope you will resolve our problem ASAP.
